Congratulations to Sue Allen and Carol Delf for a good match in the final of the Wortham Cup today.
The match was all square after 16 holes, but Sue took the lead on the 17th to go 1 up after the first round.
A great start from Sue in the afternoon and after a brilliant bunker shot and putt on the 10th she was 5 up.
Carol kept the pressure on, but pars on 13th and 14th sealed the match 6 & 4 and Sue is the 2019 winner of the Wortham Cup.
