Welcome to the world of golf through the eyes and expertise of Alex, a seasoned golf professional dedicated to the art and science of the game. With a journey that commenced at the age of 7, Alex's passion for golf has evolved into a mission to impart knowledge and elevate the skills of aspiring golfers at Great Yarmouth and Caister Golf Club.
A standout career with Suffolk County Golf spanning an impressive 13 years saw Alex clinch the coveted title of County Champion in 2005. Alex's prowess on the course is underscored by a remarkable handicap of Plus 2. Such a handicap is a reflection of an elite level of play and an intimate understanding of the sport.

Taking the plunge into professional golf in 2010, Alex’s journey unfolded across eight years on the European Satellite Tours, including the PGA EuroPro and Alps Tour. This period not only honed Alex’s playing ability at a high competitive level, but also laid the foundations for a transition into coaching — bringing real-world tour experience into everyday practice.
In 2013, Alex began coaching, gaining qualifications with the European Golf Teachers Federation (EGTF). This strong grounding shaped a coaching approach built on clarity, precision and a deep understanding of how golfers learn and improve.
Embracing technology as a powerful tool for development, Alex is a Sightright Putting Coach and Flightscope Qualified Coach. By combining expert coaching with advanced analysis and the use of a modern golf simulator, Alex is able to provide detailed feedback, accurate data and consistent practice conditions — helping players of all abilities better understand their game and make meaningful, measurable improvements.
